Third season of 'Detective Alavi' coming soon

The beloved Iranian crime-drama 'Detective Alavi' is set to return with season 3.

The new season is now in production, bringing back Ahmad Najafi as the detective who earlier won the viewers’ hearts in the first and second seasons of the series.

Season 3 will be directed by Seyyed Jamal Seyyed Hatami, with Hassan Hedayat writing the script.

The show’s first seasons was made in 1996.

The new season is set in a more urban atmosphere, unfolding in 1950s Tehran, where alongside mystery and crime, human and social relationships take on a stronger presence.
